The user opens a browser interface made in Arduino App Lab, speaks a word or types a message, and the same message appears in two places: first in a browser preview, and then on the Arduino Uno Q onboard 13 x 8 blue LED matrix. The project is designed specifically for the Arduino Uno Q. The matrix used here is the built-in monochrome blue LED matrix on the board, not an external 32 x 8 MAX7219 module. The onboard matrix is driven by the STM32 microcontroller, while the browser app runs through Arduino App Lab and sends commands using Bridge. Important hardware note This project uses the Arduino Uno Q onboard 13 x 8 LED matrix. Do not list a MAX7219 module, breadboard, jumper wires, or external display in the Project Hub supplies section. The Python App Lab application serves the browser interface on port 5002, accepts speech or typed text, cleans the message, previews it as a 13 x 8 matrix, and sends the command to the Arduino side. The Arduino sketch receives Bridge calls and renders the text on the built-in matrix using a compact 5 x 7 font. Browser UI - Captures typed input or speech input and shows a live matrix preview.Python app - Runs the HTTP server, cleans text, handles settings, and calls Bridge functions.Bridge	 - Connects the Python app to the Arduino sketch functions.Arduino sketch - 	Draws text on the onboard LED matrix and manages scrolling speed.Onboard matrix - 	Displays the final blue LED output on the Arduino Uno Q.<h3>Hardware Setup</h3>1.	Connect the Arduino Uno Q to the computer using a USB-C cable. 2.	Make sure the board is powered and available in Arduino App Lab. 3.	Use the built-in onboard LED matrix. No external wiring is required. 4.
