I think it is the analog input, if it is not connected correctly then it spins around and won't stop

That works great, but those stepper motor boards need power too.

I've used this, thanks! I do have a question, though. I did this once and it worked fine, but now the y-axis motor won't stop spinning. It has a constant input to spin, and won't take any other commands for that motor (though the x-axis motor works great). Do you have any thoughts? Thanks in advance :).
