We have developed this solution to facilitate the customer-sales relationship thanks to the growing microelectronics. This solution allows customers to easily express their emotions after buying a product from a supermarket. Each customer has an RFID card that contains their ID and when they have their card read on an RFID reader behind which an emotion is hidden. When the reader will read a customer's ID, it will associate with the emotion to send into a database.
