I know, Most comments are three year old or even more . However, your work is absolutely great. Very well done, congratulations from Switzerland. Many asked for the code and maybe some technical photos from the construction. Is there still a possibility to receive such informations? It‘s all about a private project. Many thanks.

This is a wonderful piece of work and you appear to have solved some of the very common problems of using stepper motors to control analog clocks in a most elegant way. Please would you send me the technical specifications and the control code. jmm1951@gmail.com

Great work. I would like to know how you overcome the problems with the lights on the arms. Do you have any more information for the drive of the arms. Could you send me the code for this project please. Gordonv40@hotmail.com Thank you

Genius! The perfect solution to a problem. Very well done indeed. I too would like to see the coding if at all possible. nigburke@hotmail.com Five stars out of five from me.

Hello again. I don't know if you have shared the code for this yet, but if you are doing, please may I have a copy? There is an old clock on the front of this building that needs exactly what you have created. All credit for the software will go to you, of course. Is this possible?

Hello! My name is Timothy. I am a translator in Taiwan. I think your project is fantastic! Now, I am working for a maker website called "vMaker" (https://vmaker.tw/). It is a non-profit website. Therefore, Could I translate your project descriptions into Chinese, and publish it on vMaker? In that way, more and more Chinese makers will know your fantastic project. What do you think?

Sure! :-) You may also give some details about the beautiful place 'Sri Bhaini Sahib' (where the clock is constructed). I can provide you some more photos of this historical landmark by mail. (If interested, please send me your mail ID).

Wow that is amazing! Also the mechanics + LED on hands is quite special. For normal tower clock this whole electronics is outdated now. I made a similar clock 3 years ago and electronics looked like that - maybe he got inspiration from my old project which is still on Thingiverse :) In the meantime I made a newer version based on new technology and this will finish soon. It is extreme(!) simple, cheap and has got more powerful electronics/motors, Also mechanics has only 3-4 parts + clock hands to print with 3D printer - this is a huge step forward. I will upload everything when finished. This will not be useful for this project because it has got some special features like the LEDs and quite heavy clock hands but for anybody else who wants to have a tower clock.

thank you and so you have found it on Thingiverse? Anyway here you find the new project page. Project code will be uploaded soon on GitHub: https://hackaday.io/project/178777-real-tower-clock-version-20

Hello, I am delighted with your project, I am the caretaker of a tower clock and would like to receive your code. Esotu in the interior of the state of sao paulo - Brazil. Thank you, Francisco - framejb@hotmail.com

Great job! At first I thought you'd just replaced the old mechanical mechanism with an electric motor, but wow you totally exceeded expectations. I'm not clear how it recovers from power outages. I'm also not clear what your solution was to bring power to the lit hands. Your video is very well done too. A bit of humor...generally the purpose of Project Hub is to inspire others to build what you built. I'll be surprised if anyone replicates your 43KG clock.

hey, very impressed, and congrats onthe amazing project. the clcok is really amazing. I am really interested in the code and app.I would love to implement it in my clcok i made for my kids Study. my clock is a single hand hour clock based on a creation by animaro.so if you could share your code and app it would be really appreciative.thanks for sharing and congrats on your project. my email: rajeevlrbox@gmail.com

I'm looking to do something VERY similar in a project in the next week or so, if you have any details on how your code and electronics work, that'd be very very helpful. Mechanically, I can make a clock of any size, but an accurate real time clock that corrects itself, I am very curious to see how you've made this happen. 2 years old, hoping you're still around. vaughnsbox @ gmail.com
