Unfortunate this is not a project shared. My students are learning GRBL theory

I love your project! I have been slowly getting pieces/parts to build my own and I am about 2/3rd the way there. If I may ask, are your rails 90 deg angle welded together to form that shape? And that looks like aluminium? Thank you.

Thanks. Material is modeling gypsum casted in board. No sanding, just CNC work on bubble free modeling gypsum board.

Thanks! All rails are 90 degree L profile aluminum 1x1cm. Nothing is welded, just simple universal glue, bolts and screws.

What is that white material you are working with? The end product looks so smooth, is that after sanding? Also great job very impressive.

What was the program like? Did you use any libraries? I am really interested in making this project but, I am weak with the software side. If possible can you add the code and extra software needed to run the CNC on this guild? Thanks, Timbit

I used GRBL from 0.8 to 1.1 version. Libraries of GRBL are flashed to arduino uno r3. For sending G code I used universal g code sender. One thing that is not opensource is artcam that is used for creating g code.

Most impressed. This is something that could maybe be developed to cut PCB patterns including drilling holes.

SO WHERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING THIS???? It would be a huge help if you actually listed all the parts and published instructions to!!!!!!!!

It is evolving project, there are no plans because it is still evolving, but all the parts are in clips and descriptions on my YT channel... https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCn281jVA4wxNVg0u3szVk8Q/videos
