Of course it is, you just need an own circuit board then

I built the circuit, it doesn't work. At start-up, the starting light sequence starts and then darkens.

Hi... Im thinking of having a go at this!, just thought I would ask though before I start, that is.. can the pattern or colours be changed, if so would this be done through the hardware or software? Also wondered if you could show maybe a video of your device working just so that we can get a feel of what it looks like. Many thanks.. Anthony:)

Hey I got the ESP8266 with NeoMatrix WS2812 8x32. How can I change the code to use 7bars with each 32 leds? Danke

I'd like to build this, but I have no idea of electronics. Would someone kindly explaine why all the resistors and capacitors are needed?

int strobePin = 2; // Strobe Pin on the MSGEQ7 int resetPin = 3; // Reset Pin on the MSGEQ7 is it int strobePin = D2;

Hello, I am building this circuit for an art project, in which the voice of visitors in the gallery space will light up different parts of a project. Could I connect an Adafruit microphone (https://www.adafruit.com/product/1063) instead of the Aux wires? Is is the same? Thank you!

Anyone make this into a stereo .....I am wondering about the code change

BTW, I built this and it does work....very nicely...I made some small modifications...i.e I used a prepurchased MSGEQ7 board like this one https://www.ebay.com/itm/Stereo-MSGEQ7-breakout-board-7-band-graphic-equalizer-for-Arduino-or-RPi/353131871459?hash=item52384cbce3:g:v7gAAOSwXWdfBJ3I
